New CFO appointment strengthens Rimes’ leadership capabilities as the company advances its Intelligence Fabric for Capital Markets strategy

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Rimes, a leading provider of enterprise data management and investment intelligence solutions to the global investment community, today announced the appointment of Amir Mirza as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth.

The appointment follows the recent launch of Rimes’ Intelligence Fabric for Capital Markets, the company’s unified data and intelligence architecture designed to help asset owners, asset managers and asset servicers make better decisions and scale faster with AI-enabled data and workflows.

“Rimes is at an important inflection point as we build on the Intelligence Fabric for Capital Markets and expand the role we play in the financial services industry which is being rapidly transformed through AI” said Vijay Mayadas, President and Chief Executive Officer, Rimes. “Amir brings the experience and leadership we need for our next chapter. His background helping technology businesses scale rapidly, combined with his strong financial and operational expertise, will be a tremendous asset as we accelerate investment in innovation, supporting the increasing demands of our global clients, and scale the business.”

As Chief Financial Officer, Mirza will lead Rimes’ global finance organization, with responsibility spanning growth strategy, capital allocation and operational performance. He brings more than 25 years of experience working with technology and data-driven businesses, including venture capital- and private equity-backed companies across technology-enabled services, marketplaces, and software. He has also led operational transformations, M&A, and has driven AI adoption within finance teams.

“I am happy to be joining Rimes at a time of exceptional growth and large global customer wins that validate our strategic direction. Rimes has built a strong position at the intersection of investment data, technology and finance, and the Intelligence Fabric creates an exciting foundation for the company’s next phase,” said Mirza. “I’m looking forward to working with Vijay and the leadership team to build on that momentum, invest behind the opportunities with the greatest potential and help scale the business for continued long-term growth.”

Prior to joining Rimes, Mirza served as CFO of Loadsmart and before that as CFO of Datalot. Earlier in his career, Mirza spent nearly two decades in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, advising Technology, Media, and Telecom clients on over $500 billion of M&A and financing transactions. He holds an MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a postgraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He is based in New York.
